Elected Officers	Party Officers are generally elected by a majority vote of registered Lincoln County Republicans, present at the biennial Organizational held in April of odd numbered years.
Executive Committee	The Executive Committee includes:  •  RPLC Elected Officers,  •  President of the Federated Republican Women of Lincoln County (FRWLC),  •  At-large State Central Committee County Contingent, and  •  Any additional members as appointed by the County Chair and confirmed by the Executive Committee.
Central Committee	The County Central Committee is the core management group for the parthy and includes:  •  All Precinct Chairs, and  •  All RPLC Elected Officers, and  •  All Officers of the FRWLC.  •  Precinct members elected by Republican voters in each precinct. The number of members for each precinct is based on a percentage of votes for the Republican gubernatorial candidate in the most recent election.
State Central Committee     Lincoln County Contingent	The State Central Committee County Contingent includes:  •  The RPLC Chairperson, First Vice Chairperson, and Secretary,  •  The President of the FRWLC, and  •  Additional members as may be permitted by the Uniform State Rules of the Republican Party of New Mexico, elected by RPLC Central Committee Members at the biennial Organizational Convention or other RPLC Central Committee meeting.
